BMW M3 Refresh Spotted with New Headlights and Familiar Design

The highly-anticipated refresh of the BMW M3 is on its way, as seen in the latest batch of spy shots. The high-performance sedan is undergoing some design changes, with the G80 M3 set to receive its update. BMW unveiled the current model alongside the M4 in September 2020.

Based on the camouflage, it appears that BMW will focus primarily on the front of the car for the upcoming changes. However, it seems that the company will not be making significant alterations. While the front bumper remains hidden, it appears to be unchanged. Nevertheless, the new graphics of the headlights are visible. Additionally, there may be some hidden tweaks to the fascia and grille behind the camo.

Watch a Tank Crush an Old BMW M5

In 2004, BMW introduced the first-ever four-door sedan powered by a gasoline V10 engine: the BMW M5. This impressive vehicle held the title of the fastest four-door sedan of its time, with a top speed of 190 miles per hour and a 0-60 mph time in the mid 4 seconds.

Aside from its performance, the BMW M5 also had an appealing feature: a captivating sound produced by its 5.0-liter V10 engine. However, owning an E60 M5, which is now nearly 20 years old, can become a costly headache due to common issues such as rod bearing failures, injector problems, and solenoid malfunctions in the Vanos system.

Given these considerations, when we stumbled upon a video of a tank crushing a BMW M5, we were torn.

Tuner Transforms Mercedes-Benz S-Class Into Powerful SMN600 with 592 HP

German tuner, SMN Motors, is turning the current S-Class into a luxurious sport sedan capable of producing 592 horsepower (600 metric hp) and 605 pound-feet (820 Newton-meters) of torque. This impressive creation is known as the SMN600.

Although the specific tuning details aren’t mentioned, SMN Motors manages to boost the output by an additional 96 hp and 89 lb-ft. One significant modification is the installation of a stainless steel exhaust system equipped with a flap control system that synergizes with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) actuators.

Audi RS6 E-Tron Spotted Testing with Side Cameras for the First Time

New spy shots of the Audi RS6 E-Tron electric performance sedan reveal the use of cameras on the A-pillars instead of traditional mirrors. The inclusion of these cameras on the test vehicle suggests that Audi may offer this technology on the production version of the car.

Aside from the addition of the camera stalks, the latest images resemble previous spy shots of the RS6 E-Tron. The front end showcases a trapezoidal opening in the lower fascia, along with vertical air curtains on the outer edges. The headlights are divided, with the running lights positioned at the tip of the hood. Overall, the car’s front end appears sleek and streamlined.

Aston Martin Partners with Lucid for High-Performance EVs

Aston Martin is teaming up with Lucid to catch up in the electric vehicle (EV) market. The British automaker plans to use Lucid’s expertise and technology on a new dedicated platform for various future models, including sports cars, grand tourers, SUVs, and even a hypercar. The first EV is expected to launch in 2025.

This partnership between Aston Martin and Lucid involves a long-term deal wherein Aston Martin will utilize specific powertrain and battery components for a family of high-performance EVs. This collaboration is part of Aston Martin’s broader sustainability strategy called “Racing. Green.” Over the next five years, Aston Martin will invest over £2 billion ($2.54 billion) to support this strategy. The goal is for all Aston Martin vehicles to offer an electrified powertrain option by 2026, with the core models transitioning to pure EVs by the end of the decade.

Next-Gen Audi RS7 Spotted Disguised as S6 Sedan with Wide Fenders and Unusual Exhaust

New spy images have emerged of a heavily camouflaged Audi sedan undergoing testing. Upon closer inspection, the photos reveal the presence of wide fenders, raising questions about the upcoming model’s identity, particularly considering Audi’s plans to reposition its lineup.

Beneath the camouflage, the vehicle appears to be a standard Audi S6. However, the wider fenders hint at the possibility of a more powerful drivetrain lurking beneath the sheet metal. While some sources speculate that this may be the next-generation RS7, it’s worth noting that Audi currently only offers the RS7 as a liftback, whereas the car observed in the spy shots appears to be a sedan.
