The list includes six airbags as standard, a fully digital driver’s display, and even a 360-degree camera
The Tata Nexon facelift has made its official debut and is set to hit the market in mid-September 2023. With this update, the Tata SUV has received numerous design and feature upgrades. In this article, we will explore the top 10 new features that will be part of the new Nexon’s equipment list:
Six Airbags
The Nexon facelift comes equipped with six airbags as standard. The updated SUV also includes electronic stability program (ESP), 3-point seatbelts for all passengers, ISOFIX child seat anchorages, and hill-hold assist as standard features.
10.25-inch Touchscreen
Tata introduced its new 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system on the Tata Harrier and Safari. It was later offered on the Tata Nexon EV Max Dark edition, and now the carmaker has introduced the larger unit on the facelifted Nexon. This feature is available on the higher-spec Creative and Fearless trims of the sub-4m SUV.
JBL Sound System
The new Nexon is equipped with a 9-speaker JBL sound system, including four tweeters and a subwoofer. This feature is available only on the fully loaded Fearless+S variant of the new model with automatic transmission.

LED Lighting All-around
The new Nexon features all-LED lighting, a first for Tata cars. The updated sub-4m SUV sports vertically stacked LED projector headlights with LED DRLs and dynamic turn indicators. Tata also offers connected LED taillights with a farewell sequence.
Touch-based Panel For Climate Controls
One of the significant updates inside the SUV’s cabin is the inclusion of a touch-based panel for auto climate controls. This feature is available from the Creative trim onwards. The controls for fan speed and temperature still have physical toggle switches.

Height-adjustable Co-driver Seat
The Nexon now includes height adjustment for both front seats. Tata offers this comfort and convenience feature for the driver’s seat from the entry-level Smart variant. The ventilated front seats were already available.
