2024 Toyota Land Cruiser First Look: More Similar to 4Runner & Tacoma Than Tundra

The entry-level version of the Toyota Land Cruiser is called the “1958 Edition” because it offers the most basic features and has a few cosmetic details that pay homage to the original rugged models. These early models were essentially Japanese-built versions of Jeeps. The “1958 Edition” comes with a standard rear locker and Toyota’s CRAWL control off-roading software. On the exterior, there are round LED headlamps set within rectangular surrounds on each side of a “Heritage” grille. Inside, the car has a basic nine-inch touchscreen, a six-speaker sound system, and manual seats upholstered in tough fabric. Surprisingly, it also includes a heated steering wheel.

The mid-level trim is simply named the “Land Cruiser.” This may cause some confusion, but it offers additional features such as a front sway bar disconnect, rectangular LED headlamps, RIGID fog lamps, and wider all-season tires. The dashboard is equipped with a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen, and the car includes Multi-Terrain Select and Multi-Terrain Monitor systems. The seats are upgraded to SofTex, which is a synthetic leather-like material, and they also have heating and ventilation.

At the top of the lineup, there will be a limited run of 5,000 “First Edition” Land Cruisers. These models are designed for more serious off-roading and come with a roof rack, rock rails, a font skid plate, and mudflaps from the factory. Additional upgrades include a tailgate light and heated/ventilated leather seats. Furthermore, buyers may appreciate the “Unique-stitched key glove” that serves as a commemoration of this iconic four-wheeler’s return.

The fourth-generation Ford Mustang, which started production in October 1993, is considered a classic car. In a video featured here, a Mustang from this generation was discovered abandoned in a barn, serving as a home for mice.

Before the cleaning process begins, the WD Detailing team finds a surprise in the trunk: two mice have made it their abode. Humane traps are used to catch the rodents. Additionally, a substantial mouse nest is discovered in the glove box, extending into the dashboard.

Cleaning the exterior of the Mustang proves to be relatively easy. The detailers give the body a thorough wash, utilizing a clay bar and applying a ceramic coating for added protection.

Efforts are made to get the engine running again. With the use of starting fluid, the car briefly comes to life but cannot maintain an idle.

The interior of the Mustang is in a filthy state. The cleaning process involves removing the seats and vacuuming the carpet. Shampooing the floor and treating the seats greatly improves their appearance.

After the detailing process, the Mustang regains its magnificent appeal. It almost looks as if it could be displayed in a showroom from the mid-1990s. However, the assistance of a mechanic is still needed to get the engine functioning properly once again.

The fourth-generation Mustang was released for the 1994 model year and represented a significant departure from the more wedge-shaped appearance of the third-gen Fox body model. Throughout its production, the fourth-gen Mustang offered various V6 and V8 engines. In 1999, the model received a styling refresh, which lasted until 2004 when the retro-inspired fifth-generation Mustang was introduced.

The scooter is in running order and has approximately 9,000 kilometers on the clock. The previous owner repainted it, giving it a white and green two-tone color scheme with chrome accents. The black split saddle is also in good condition considering its age. What makes this scooter even more special is the inclusion of the factory tool kit, which is often hard to find with older bikes sold secondhand.

PRO CIRCUIT KAWASAKI KX450: PROJECT BIKE SPOTLIGHT

Pro Circuit is known for their ability to build high-level competition bikes, even though they don’t have a 450cc factory race-team effort. They previously built a KX450 for Ken Roczen before he joined Suzuki, but unfortunately, that bike never made it onto a Supercross track. In this article, we will highlight the features of our own factory-level KX450 that we built in collaboration with Pro Circuit.

1. Throttle Syndicate designed the customized green and white graphics kit for our bike. The graphics are topped off with a matte finish, and the seat features a gripper material for added traction.

2. We fitted the bike with Twin Air’s PowerFlow kits, which are designed to ensure a leakproof fit. These kits include a rigid, lightweight, billet-aluminum cage, a billet-aluminum flange with a rubber seal, and a dual-stage air filter for optimal performance.

3. Pro Circuit’s Ti-6 titanium exhaust system was installed on our bike. This system is constructed of titanium throughout the head pipe, mid-pipe, and canister, with a carbon fiber end cap. It is designed to improve performance across the power curve.

4. For suspension, we used A-Kit Showa components both front and rear. The internal suspension tuning was done by Pro Circuit’s suspension department.

5. We upgraded the clutch components with Hinson’s billetproof clutch components. These components are CNC-machined in the USA from aircraft-quality T6 billet aluminum and are Akadized five times for enhanced wear resistance.

6. Our bike features Pro Circuit triple clamps, which are manufactured in the USA from 6061 billet aluminum. These triple clamps come with reversible bar mounts that allow for four different mounting positions.

7. We equipped our bike with Renthal Twinwall handlebars, which feature a patented design that utilizes two tubes for a combination of strength and comfort.

CNC-machined out of billet aluminum with included bearings, the Pro Circuit KX450 linkage system provides a plush feel at the beginning of the stroke and stiffens up as the rear wheel goes deeper into the stroke. This adjustment reduces the need for stiffer high-speed valving.
