# Watch Sebastian Vettel And David Coulthard Drive Red Bull F1 Cars At The Nürburgring

We usually share videos of camouflaged prototypes of future road cars at the Nürburgring. However, this video is quite different and even more entertaining. It features not just one, but two Formula 1 cars, driven by a four-time F1 champion and a 13-time Grand Prix winner. Sebastian Vettel was reunited with his RB7, the championship-winning car from 2011 when Red Bull Racing secured both the drivers’ and constructors’ titles.

David Coulthard, on the other hand, drove the RB8 that Red Bull Racing used in the 2012 season, when Vettel won another title and the team secured the constructors’ championship. Coulthard is a former Red Bull driver himself, having raced for the team from 2005 to 2008.

Unfortunately, the video doesn’t show a full lap at full throttle around the Nürburgring. The ex-F1 drivers didn’t push the cars to their maximum potential. Additionally, they were accompanied by a previous-generation BMW M4 Coupe, which served as the safety car. Nevertheless, it is still a joy to watch these masters at work, driving an F1 car on one of the most challenging circuits in the world. The soundtrack also adds to the experience, reminding us of the V8 era that ended after the 2013 season.

It’s worth mentioning that Sebastian Vettel, who is currently 36 years old, has not completely ruled out a comeback to F1 after his retirement at the end of the 2022 season. If Lewis Hamilton (38 years old) and Fernando Alonso (42 years old) can still be competitive in 2023, why shouldn’t a younger driver and a winner of 53 F1 races consider returning?

Is TikTok Down (Or Is It Just You)? Here’s How To Tell

When you can’t log into an app or service, your first thought might be that your internet connection is down. Unfortunately, even people with fast connections and new routers experience this problem.

The first thing you should do to determine if your lack of TikTok access is your problem is to check if your broadband is working elsewhere. Can you connect to the internet on your computer, smartphone, tablet, game console, or any other device? If you can’t connect, even after disconnecting and reconnecting in the settings, you should investigate the issue with your router.

If your router has a reset button (like many Xfinity routers with their confusing orange lights), press and hold it until the router reboots. If your router doesn’t have a reset button, you can try the old method of turning it off, waiting for a minute, and then turning it back on. You can also try using mobile data to see if it’s your connection or the app causing the problem.

Of course, if you’re away from home and using a different connection, these steps won’t apply. But if you’ve tried these troubleshooting steps and still can’t get online, it’s likely that there’s an issue with your network. It’s a good idea to check for any notifications from your service provider about a wider outage, or contact them directly for assistance.

5 Expectations for Apple’s iPhone 15 Event: Watch Series 9, New AirPods, and More

For several years now, Apple has released four different versions of the iPhone to cater to different audiences. In 2022, they offered the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max. According to recent reports, the upcoming iPhones are likely to be named the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max. There were rumors of the “Pro Max” variant being renamed as the iPhone 15 Ultra, but those reports have been dismissed.

Apple appears to be sticking with the familiar design language for the iPhone 15 lineup, making them look similar to previous generations. However, there will be some minor changes, such as thinner bezels across all models and slightly larger displays on the Pro and Pro Max models. There is also speculation about Apple using a more durable Titanium body for these devices, which could potentially reduce fingerprint smudges that have been an issue since the iPhone X launch in 2017.

In terms of camera improvements, the 2023 update might bring good news for photography enthusiasts disappointed with the lower-end iPhone models. It is likely that Apple will upgrade the 12MP primary sensor on these phones to a larger 48MP sensor.

Toyota Faces Production Stoppage in Japan Due to Insufficient Disk Space

When an automaker halts production at a plant, it is usually due to supply shortages or accidents. However, Toyota recently had to stop production at all of its 14 factories in Japan for a different reason.

On August 29, production was suspended at several domestic plants, affecting 28 lines in total. The cause of this halt was a maintenance work mishap that occurred the day before. During regular maintenance, Toyota was deleting and organizing data in the database. Unfortunately, the system encountered an error due to insufficient disk space, leading to the production stoppage.

2024 Ducati SuperSport 950 Family Is Growing, Say CARB Certification Docs

In August, motorcycle manufacturers usually start announcing their new models for the following year. This year is no exception, with 2023 already seeing some model announcements. During this time, motorcycle enthusiasts eagerly await the big new bike announcements leading up to EICMA in November.

While we wait for these announcements, one way to gather clues about upcoming models is by examining official documents, such as the Executive Orders issued by the California Air Resources Board (CARB). CARB is responsible for setting vehicle emissions standards in California, and vehicles sold in the state must adhere to these standards. Generally, if a vehicle meets CARB’s standards, it can be sold throughout the rest of the US as well.

It is rare for a model to be exclusively released in the US, so information found in CARB documents can be relevant globally. This makes exploring these documents useful for anyone interested in uncovering details about new motorcycle models, regardless of their location.

Now, let’s turn our attention to the 2024 Ducati SuperSport. CARB documents are usually organized by engine and model family, making them a valuable source of information. For the 2023 models, Ducati listed two Supersport 950 models: the Supersport 950 and the SuperSport 950 S.

However, the CARB filing for the 2024 SuperSport family reveals two additional model designations that have not been seen before. In addition to the existing listings for “Ducati Supersport,” “Ducati SuperSport S,” “SuperSport 950,” and what appears to be a typo with “SuperSpotr 950 S,” there are intriguing listings for “Ducati SuperSport S T” and “Ducati SuperSport T.”

If we examine Ducati’s current lineup, we can see that they offer a wide variety of models targeting different types of riders. They have the Panigale family, DesertX, Diavel V4, XDiavel, Hypermotard family, Monster family, Streetfighter family, Multistrada family, and Scrambler family. However, there is currently no strong Touring or Sport Touring option. This suggests that Ducati may be looking to fill this gap in its lineup with the new models indicated in the CARB documents. The “T” in the model designations could stand for “Touring” or “Turismo.”

As of today, August 21, 2023, we have most of Ducati’s 2024 World Première calendar to look forward to, starting in September. Unlike the 2023 calendar, Ducati has chosen not to give teaser titles to each Episode, making it challenging to connect the CARB information with specific announcements this season. Nevertheless, we eagerly await the upcoming changes and what they will bring.

Rolls-Royce Spectre prototype

The Rolls-Royce Spectre prototype, designed for Rolls-Royce customers who typically own multiple cars, is expected to have limited usage as an electric vehicle. Although Rolls-Royce owners only drive around 3000 miles per year in their vehicles, the Spectre is equipped with a peak charge rate of 195kW during rare visits to fast chargers.

Featuring a 700kg battery positioned beneath the cabin floor, the Spectre’s design incorporates a flat underside to achieve a drag coefficient of 0.25. The aerodynamic sculpting includes the widest and sleekest Rolls-Royce grille to date, tail-light housings that minimize air resistance, and a gently sloping tail that meets impact regulations. Even the iconic Spirit of Ecstasy ornament has undergone extensive wind tunnel testing.

Traditionally, Rolls-Royce coupés have prominent grilles and long bonnets, however, as Rolls-Royce aims to transition to fully electric vehicles by 2030, the necessity of these design elements may change.

The Spectre’s side profile showcases the longest doors ever fitted on a modern Rolls-Royce, measuring 1.5m each. Inside, the lavish interior accommodates four passengers, featuring familiar chair styles and luxurious surface materials, ensuring existing Rolls-Royce customers feel at home. CEO Torsten Müller-Ötvös emphasizes the desire for customers to always recognize the Rolls-Royce experience, even blindfolded (not recommended during test drives).

The interior boasts broad leather seats, thick woolen carpets, and authentic metal or composite major switches. Preserving the traditional Rolls-Royce feel, the Spectre aims to recreate the experience of driving a mid-century Rolls, despite incorporating a new drivetrain.

The Spectre uses a version of BMW’s iDrive infotainment system, offering both a touchscreen and a rotary controller. Rolls-Royce has customized the appearance and software for intuitive navigation, and the climate dials provide a satisfyingly analogue experience. Compared to BMW’s i7 or the Mercedes S-Class, the Rolls-Royce approach offers a refreshing option for luxury, allowing users to disconnect from the digital world and enjoy a quieter, more serene driving experience.

Preview of the New Hardcore Ferrari SF90 Unveiled Ahead of June 29

In an unusual move, Ferrari has released a teaser of the upcoming hardcore version of the SF90 Stradale. This preview not only reveals some of the car’s bold design details but also announces its world premiere date: tomorrow, June 29, at 12 PM CEST (10 AM GMT or 6 AM ET). While the actual name is yet to be revealed, it is speculated that the car might be called the SF90 LM and could be Ferrari’s response to Porsche’s RS models.

Recent spy shots have already hinted at the SF90’s track-focused nature, and now the teaser confirms that it will come equipped with a comprehensive aerodynamic package. The image reveals a large carbon fiber wing, red accents for the hood vents and Ferrari lettering at the rear, as well as the inside of the exhaust pipe. With these aero elements, the SF90 promises to deliver impressive downforce, making it an exceptional road car bearing the iconic Prancing Horse badge.
