The Datsun 240Z achieved back-to-back victories in the East African Safari Rally in 1971 and 1973. To honor these triumphs, Nissan has created a modern Z with design cues inspired by the iconic competition car for the upcoming 2023 SEMA Show. In addition, a replica of the original will also be showcased at the event.

Designed by Tommy Pike Customs, the Safari Rally Z Tribute pays homage to the 1971 East African Safari Rally winner. It sports a sleek dark red body with a black hood. The front of the vehicle is adorned with extra lighting on the lower bumper, hood, and A-pillars, while a small tubular guard and skid plate are mounted to the front end.
