Comparing the Dodge Viper Generations Behind the Wheel

The Dodge Viper is known for its sleek design and powerful V10 engine, which has been featured in five different generations. In an exciting opportunity, CarWow had the chance to test drive each iteration of the Viper, including examining their 0-60 times and providing overall impressions of how each model handles from the driver’s seat.

To begin the video journey, CarWow starts with the first-generation Viper. This model made its debut in 1991 and became available for sale in 1992. It boasted an impressive 8.0-liter V10 engine positioned under its elongated hood. Notably, this version of the Viper did not include a roof.

New Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class Spied Hiding Its Internal Combustion Engine

The Mercedes CLA-Class, known for its sleek design, recently received a refresh for the 2024 model year. However, the next-generation model is already being tested. Prototype sightings covered in camouflage have raised questions about whether these vehicles are all-electric EQA sedans. Recent spy shots taken in Spain have provided some answers – the next-gen CLA-Class will continue to use an internal combustion engine.

Our spy photographers captured these images at higher elevations where the heavily camouflaged Mercedes test vehicle was spotted. Despite the attempt to conceal the details, two key features indicate that this vehicle is powered by an internal combustion engine. Firstly, there is no visible charging door on the right side, which was previously seen on a prototype during winter testing in the north. Instead, there is a door on the left side, similar to the fuel door on the 2024 CLA model.
