However, in the Safari, with the third row occupied, you can only accommodate a laptop bag and a duffle bag, providing little usable space. That said, if you fold down the last row of seats (50:50 split), the Safari can provide storage similar to its 5-seater sibling. Furthermore, folding down the second row in the Harrier increases the usable storage area to 815 litres, while the Safari offers even more at 827 litres.

New Tata Harrier & Safari Details

Tata has equipped both SUVs with the same 2-litre diesel engine (170PS/350Nm) as their pre-facelift versions. The engines can be paired with either a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission.

Additionally, both SUVs come with a host of new features, including a 12.3-inch touchscreen system, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, dual-zone AC, and multi-colour ambient lighting.
