## Honda’s new limited editions are based on the City’s V variant and the VX trim of the Amaze

Honda Cars India has launched limited editions of its popular sedan duo, the Amaze and the City. The Amaze Elite Edition is priced from Rs 9.04 lakh while the Honda City Elegant Edition starts at Rs 12.57 lakh. Customers can opt for both manual or automatic transmission options on both the sedans.

The Honda City’s Elegant Edition is based on its mid-spec V variant. Some of the additions on the outside include the trunk spoiler with an LED strip, front fender garnish, and ‘Elegant Edition’ badges. The Japanese carmaker has also included some interior features like a wireless phone charger, Elegant Edition seat covers, illuminated door sills, and footwell lamps.

Similarly, the Amaze Elite Edition gains updates both on the outside and the inside. However, in the Amaze, the limited edition is based on the top-end VX trim. Like the City, the Amaze Elite Edition comes with a trunk spoiler equipped with an LED strip, front fender garnish, ‘Elite’ badges, TPMS, and an anti-fog film application on ORVMs. On the inside, the Amaze Elite Edition comes with revised upholstery, illuminated door sills, and a sliding front armrest.

No mechanical changes have been made to the powertrain options of the sedan. The Amaze comes with a 1.2-litre petrol engine (90PS/110Nm) mated to either a 5-speed manual transmission or CVT transmission. On the other hand, the City gets only a 1.5-litre petrol engine (121PS/145Nm) paired with either a 6-speed manual or a CVT.

The Amaze takes on the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Tata Tigor, and the Hyundai Aura. Meanwhile, the Honda City competes with the Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, Hyundai Verna, and the Skoda-Volkswagen twins of Slavia and Virtus in the Indian market.

During its visit to popular supercar locations such as Knightsbridge, New Bond Street, Mayfair, and Park Lane, the Ami garnered more attention than even the most luxurious cars, impressing onlookers who couldn’t help but capture a photo.

With the rise of Ultra Low Emissions Zones and Clean Air Zones, the Ami presents an accessible zero-emissions mobility option in urban areas. It is Citroën’s bold response to the challenges faced in congested cities.

As an electric vehicle, the Ami produces zero emissions and features a 5.4kWh battery that can be fully charged in just four hours. With a range of 46 miles and a top speed of 28mph, the Ami 100% Electric offers an affordable and clean mobility solution for all.

#AmiOnTour will bring the Ami 100% Electric to famous landmarks in each city, inviting the public to engage, take pictures, and experience the Ami in their own surroundings. To celebrate each host city, the seven prize-winning vehicles will be customized with unique designs by Jenni Sparks, featuring local landmarks and cityscapes.

During the tour, the public will have the chance to enter a competition and win one of the seven wrapped Amis, with each winner receiving the Ami associated with their city. Simply scan one of the competition QR codes located at the Ami Hub in each city between 12:00 and 16:30 to enter.

#AmiOnTour kicks off tomorrow and will visit seven cities in just over two weeks:
