The SF90 XX has an additional thirty horsepower for its twin-turbo-V8-cum-three-AC-motor hybrid powertrain. This extra power comes from a new engine piston crown design, higher compression ratio, and a higher-output battery. Additionally, the car’s powertrain benefits from a redesigned, upwards-routed ‘S-Duct’ radiator concept at the front.

The car has been enhanced with lowered and stiffened coil springs, retuned axle kinematics, modified sound resonators in the engine bay, and a recalibrated twin-clutch gearbox for more dramatic shifts. It also features bigger rear brakes and a new ‘ABS Evo’ anti-lock braking system to improve stability and handling.

However, the main focus of the SF90 XX is on downforce. The car now has a fixed wing on the rear, new diffusers front and rear, a redesigned floor with larger vortex generators, as well as new wheel arch louvres and various cooling outlets to manage airflow and temperature effectively.

On the circuit, the SF90 XX Stradale benefits from around 540kg of downforce at 155mph, making it a formidable performer.
