2025 Kia K4: The Hybrid Successor of the Forte

The 2025 Kia K4 has been spotted in Southern California, creating excitement in the automotive world. There were rumors that the beloved Forte would undergo a name change to K3, but recent sightings of the K4 suggest otherwise. Exclusive photos reveal a sleek and coupe-like sedan with a fastback roofline and a traditional trunk lid, despite the design hinting at a liftgate. The rear door handles are cleverly integrated into the “kneepads” of the rear doors, giving the K4 a sporty vibe.

The K4 is built upon the K3 platform, which is also used for the latest Elantra. It will offer hybrid powertrain options along with the 2.0-liter inline-four engine and CVT automatic transmission. The GT-Line model is expected to feature the 1.6-liter turbo four paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. This release is sure to excite Kia fans.

  • There are rumors that the K4 will replace the Kia Forte.

The recent sighting of the Kia K4 concept suggests that a new sedan from the company is on its way. The K4 will join Kia’s upcoming lineup of hybrids, PHEVs, and EVs. It is expected to replace the Forte, which has been a highly successful sedan for Kia. The K4 is predicted to surpass its predecessor in terms of performance and popularity.

Introducing CF Moto’s New Electric Motocross Bike

CF Moto has recently given us a glimpse of their upcoming electric dirt bike, featuring professional motocross rider Ronnie Renner. While CF Moto may not be a widely recognized name in the U.S. motorcycle market, they are a major player in the global UTV and ATV markets. The company also has partnerships with esteemed brands like KTM and Yamaha. Based on what we can see from Renner’s preview, this new product appears to be more substantial than a Surron, more comparable to the likes of Stark Varg or Alta. Although there isn’t much information available at the moment, we can expect to learn more about this exciting electric motocross bike in the near future.

Infiniti Teases the Vision Qe Concept, the Brand’s First All-Electric Model

Infiniti is set to reveal its first all-electric model, the Vision Qe concept, on October 24. This concept car will give us a glimpse into the future design direction of Infiniti’s upcoming electric vehicles, and it will be unveiled alongside the introduction of “several stunning new models.” To give us a taste of what’s to come, Infiniti has shared a teaser image of the silhouette of the concept car, featuring sleek four-door coupe proportions that resemble the Hyundai Ioniq 6. The roof and rear glass seamlessly flow into the rear fascia, and the concept dons the brand’s redesigned word mark introduced in June as part of a larger brand identity update.

This launch is part of Infiniti’s effort to update its image and revitalize its brand. The company has already introduced a new three-dimensional logo, enhanced the retail experience, and even created a signature brand scent. Although Infiniti experienced a sales decline of over 20 percent in 2022, the brand has seen a significant rebound in the first nine months of this year, with sales up nearly 48 percent.

Infiniti’s new electric vehicle and its overall product lineup expansion are all part of the Nissan Ambition 2030 Strategy. This plan, announced in 2021 and updated in early 2023, sets ambitious targets for Nissan and its affiliated brands. By 2030, the company aims to introduce at least 19 new EVs and 27 new electrified models across its lineup.

Infiniti’s electric vehicles will likely be based on the five platforms shared among the 35 electric vehicles that are set to be launched by the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance in the coming years. This alliance has committed to investing $25 billion into an aggressive EV plan, with a goal to reduce battery prices by 65 percent by 2028 and cut them in half by 2026. As part of this plan, Infiniti expects its electrified vehicles to account for nearly 98 percent of European sales by 2026, while aiming for 40 percent electric sales in the US by the end of the decade.

Discontinued Land Cruiser, Fiat 500, Other Zombie Cars Sold In Q2 2023

As we move into the second half of 2023, automakers are releasing sales data for the first two quarters. One interesting trend that continues is the sales of models that have been discontinued for two or three years. Toyota, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, and other manufacturers are still reporting sales of these “zombie cars” in their sales reports.

In the last three months, Toyota managed to sell two Avalon sedans. This is surprising considering that the model was last produced in 2022 and is no longer available in the US market. The decline in sales can be attributed to changing consumer preferences for crossovers and SUVs. Despite Toyota releasing a new generation of the sedan in 2019, sales failed to improve and eventually led to the discontinuation of the model.
