Peugeot is working on a new generation of its popular vehicle, the 3008. The next-generation 3008 has been spotted in camouflaged prototypes and now we have digital renderings that give us a preview of its final design. The third-gen model will have a coupe-inspired roofline and will maintain its SUV classification.
The front fascia of the new 3008 is expected to take design cues from the Peugeot 408, particularly in terms of the radiator grille and lower bumper grille. The headlights will also be slimmer compared to the current model. Peugeot has already revealed official photos of the interior, which will feature a new 21-inch curved display and 10 touch-sensitive buttons for common functions.
The new 3008, based on the STLA Medium platform, is set to debut in September. It will be available with a range of electrified combustion engines and there are plans for a fully electric version as well.
