Nissan is getting ready to release a hotter version of the Ariya electric crossover, potentially a Nismo variant. Recent spy photos have captured the sportier-looking model parked at a Tesla charging station near the Nurburgring, revealing its redesigned appearance.

The Nissan designers have made some changes to the front fascia of the Ariya. It now features a new bumper with a narrower intake and a new lip spoiler. The vertical intakes on the face of the vehicle also have updated garnishes. Additionally, the electric vehicle sits closer to the ground and sports Michelin Pilot Sport tires wrapped around 20-inch wheels.
