Two iconic supercars, the Ferrari F40 and the Bugatti EB110, were manufactured in Italy within a short distance of each other during a magical period. The F40 was produced by Ferrari in Maranello from 1987 to 1992, while Bugatti built the EB110 in Campogalliano from 1991 to 1995. The EB110 is rarer, with only 139 units produced, compared to 1,311 examples of the F40. The two legendary vehicles recently went head-to-head in a pseudo-drag race, courtesy of Carwow.

Despite their rarity and high value, the drivers didn’t push the EB110 and F40 to their limits during the acceleration test. Both cars were handled carefully, with gentle acceleration and clutch engagement. Despite their caution, something unexpected happened during the race.
