Ford is transforming its presence in Europe, discontinuing long-running models like the Fiesta and Focus to make way for new electric vehicles tailored to the needs of local consumers. The Explorer EV revealed in March demonstrates this new direction, with another electric crossover slated for release next year. Recent spy photos captured a camouflaged prototype undergoing testing on public roads in Germany.

Last March, Ford offered a glimpse of its EV plans for Europe over the next two years, which include three new vehicles. This upcoming model, showcased in the gallery below, is expected to be the largest of the trio and is tentatively named the Sport Crossover. It will surpass the Explorer EV and Mustang Mach-E in terms of size. Additionally, a fully electric version of the Puma is set to debut next year as an entry-level option.
