Honda is set to update its popular big scooter, the X-ADV 750, for the 2024 model year with some minor revisions.
Earlier this year, we reported on Team Red’s update for the X-ADV 750. While Honda has already introduced new colors for this 750cc-class adventure scooter, there are more changes in store for the 2024 model.
One significant change is the relocation of the headlight, which will give the X-ADV a new look. The front fascia of the scooter will be revised with a lower-mounted light cluster, adding a slightly different form to the adventure scooter.
Furthermore, the new headlight design will feature three lights, including standard low and high beams and cornering lights that adjust based on the scooter’s lean angle. The 2024 X-ADV will also retain its Daytime Running Lights (DRLs) feature.
Moving to the rear of the 2024 X-ADV, Honda will introduce a new exhaust design that resembles the SCL500. This new configuration is expected to improve cornering clearance and enhance passenger comfort by redirecting exhaust gases away from the rear seat.
To address heat concerns near the rear seat caused by the close positioning of the exhaust, Honda will incorporate significant heat insulation in that area, similar to the SCL500.
Aside from these updates, there are no changes planned for the X-ADV’s engine. The bike will still feature the same 745cc 270-degree parallel twin engine found in the current model, delivering 58.6 horsepower and 50 foot-pounds of torque. The X-ADV will also continue to offer ride modes for customizable performance.
The model updates for the X-ADV are expected to be available in the third quarter of 2024, along with a new range of colors that will refresh the lineup.
