Review of Soundcore Motion X500: A Powerful Bluetooth Speaker in a Compact Size

When overlooking the app, the controls on the Soundcore X500 are straightforward, consisting of six buttons. These include a power button, a Bluetooth button, an equalizer control, volume down, play/pause, and volume up buttons. The buttons are quite simple, each performing its own specific function.

Most tasks, such as skipping songs, can be done by tapping or holding the power button in different ways. While it may take some time to get used to, it’s convenient once you’ve mastered it. Alternatively, you can control the speaker through your phone via Bluetooth. If you are using Spotify, Tidal, or Apple Music, any actions you take on the app will be reflected through the speaker itself. We initially wished for a remote control before realizing that the device we were looking for was already in our pocket.

Soundcore could have included additional features, but after using the speaker, it becomes apparent that adding unnecessary complexity and cost would not have been beneficial.

Is The Harley-Davidson X500 Coming to the US Market?

If you’ve been following the global launch of the Harley-Davidson X500, you may be wondering if it plans to make its way to the US market. The last time Harley-Davidson released a 500cc bike in the US was with the Street 500, which didn’t perform as well as expected. But with the changing landscape and market, there’s a possibility for the X500 to find success in the US.

Now, there’s solid evidence that Harley-Davidson has plans to bring the X500 to the US. A service manual for the 2024 Harley-Davidson X500 has appeared on the official Harley-Davidson Service Information Portal. The manual contains information related to US emissions requirements, indicating its potential release in the US market.

The manual for both the X500 and X350 models are available for download on the Harley SIP portal. Interestingly, both manuals include sections on how to decode the vehicle identification numbers (VINs) for both bikes.

Previously, it was revealed that Harley planned to import the X350 as a training model for motorcycle schools, not for public sale. However, there’s no official indication of how Harley plans to bring the X500 to the US market. It could be another training model or a bike aimed at younger riders. Only time will tell.

It’s important to note that these models should not be confused with the Bajaj-built Harley-Davidson X440, which was launched in India in July 2023. While Harley-Davidson India has a section on its website dedicated to the “Harley-Davidson X” category, only the X440 is currently listed.

The X350 and X500 have not yet been launched in the Chinese market, as of September 1, 2023. However, H-D Australia has a “Harley-Davidson X” category on its website, which includes the X350 and X500 models.
