Replacing Markus Flasch as the Head of Product Line Midsize and Luxury Class BMW, Rolls-Royce will be Nicolai Martin. Martin, who joined the BMW Group in 2004, is currently responsible for Driving Experience, overseeing the development of chassis, driving dynamics, and automated driving functions.

Mihiar Ayoubi, who has been with the BMW Group since 1997 and is currently leading the development of all Rolls-Royce vehicles, will assume the role of the new head of Driving Experience starting in January 2024.

Bernd Körber, the head of Product Management for the BMW brand, will also take on the additional responsibility of BMW Brand Management from November 2023.

Jens Thiemer, who is currently in charge of BMW Brand Management, will leave the BMW Group at the end of October 2023 to pursue new opportunities.
