Kahn Design’s Flying Huntsman coachbuilding arm is set to release a new model next year, known as the 90 Spyder. This variant takes the compact Land Rover Defender, removes the roof, and makes various other modifications to create an off-road grand tourer with seating for two.

One of the most noticeable changes to the SUV is the absence of a roof. Kahn replaces the standard roof of the Defender with a removable canvas covering, allowing for open-top motoring. The new roof system is crafted from lightweight NS3-grade aluminum, which is formed into panels. When not in use, the canvas top can be stored in the cowl.
