The Mitsuoka Himiko, a sports car based on the Mazda MX-5 Miata, might not be well-known to everyone. It has been around since 2008, initially sold as the PRHT model with a power retractable hard top. In 2018, it made the switch to the ND generation and introduced a manually operated soft top. Now, in 2023, it is receiving an update.

The 2024 model year of the Mitsuoka Himiko will be limited to just 10 units. It will have a simplified lineup with a single trim level and more standard equipment. Its distinctive design, reminiscent of a Morgan Aero 8 and a Jaguar XK120, remains intact. However, there are now seven color options available: French Mint Pearl Metallic, Solid Grey, Sunshine Orange, Chiffon Ivory Metallic, Jet Black Mica, and two new choices for 2024 – Passion Red Metallic and Snowflake White Pearl Mica.
