The total cost of the project amounts to approximately $25,000 and involved about 500 hours of labor. Caley actually lived inside the trailer during the construction process.

With 88 square feet of space, the interior of the trailer draws inspiration from classic apothecaries. Wood is prominently featured throughout, with intricately carved cabinets adorned with tree motifs reminiscent of an alpine chalet. An artificial tree trunk cleverly conceals wiring for fairy lights on the ceiling, creating a magical ambiance when illuminated. Neon accent lighting further enhances the fantastical atmosphere of the trailer.

The kitchen is equipped with a sink topped with a wooden cutting board, along with shelves that provide ample storage space for various items. Caley has a two-burner gas stove for cooking, as well as a 30-gallon fresh water capacity. Thoughtful details, such as a carved deer head and a custom holder for a cleaver, add to the charm of the space.

A full bathroom is also included in the design, featuring a shower tray that doubles as a livestock water tank, providing ample bathing space for Caley.

The work area consists of a standing desk and a shelf for Caley’s computer, positioned directly in front of a window for a pleasant view of the surroundings. A lower shelf is designated for his cat’s comfort.

Caley resides in Boulder, Colorado, and while he does not mention taking his stealthy tiny home trailer elsewhere, he does have an SUV for towing purposes. The unassuming exterior of the trailer allows Caley to blend in seamlessly while traveling, with most people not giving it a second glance as he drives down the road or parks it for overnight stays.

Recent times have seen an influx of impressive custom camping solutions, such as a black Ram ProMaster with a luxurious cabin interior resembling an upscale apartment. Additionally, an Isuzu box truck with a beautifully designed rear section has also caught attention in the stealth camper community.

$160K Bruder EXP-7 Off-Road Camping Trailer Features 12-Inches Of Wheel Travel

Bruder, an Australian company specializing in off-road trailers, has introduced its latest offering, the EXP-7. The trailer features air suspension with up to 12 inches of travel. While the starting price in the US is $160,250, the company plans to align it with the 235,000 Australian dollar price for the local market.

Two models of the EXP-7 are available. The GT model has a pop-up roof and can accommodate up to four people, while the PT model has a permanently raised roof providing space for six occupants. The trailer weighs 5,291 pounds when empty and can carry a maximum weight of 7,716 pounds with payload.

The EXP-7 is equipped with an adaptive suspension that can support the trailer on just two wheels in case of a tire puncture, allowing the owner to continue their journey without becoming stranded.

The roof of the trailer is fitted with 1,245 watts of solar cells, which generate power for 10 kilowatt-hours of batteries.

In terms of water storage, the trailer can carry 52.8 gallons of fresh water and 19.8 gallons of gray water. It also has a feature that allows users to fill up the water supply from a lake or stream, which can be used for tasks like washing gear.

The EXP-7 features a two-way slide-out kitchen, providing the flexibility to prepare meals either inside or outside the trailer. The kitchen amenities include an exterior fridge and an induction cooktop. The trailer also offers a washing machine at the back, while the cabin includes a sink, microwave, and second fridge.

The main bed is located at the front of the trailer and is surrounded by windows on each side, as well as a skylight above.

The Sikorsky H-34 is one of the oldest military helicopters that is still in service today. The H-34 played a significant role during its time. It was primarily utilized by the U.S. during the Vietnam War. Afterward, it found homes in countries such as France, South Vietnam, Israel, and others. One notable mission involved attempting to retrieve NASA’s Liberty Bell 7 from the Atlantic Ocean, although it ultimately failed due to the spacecraft being filled with seawater.

Throughout the 1960s, the H-34 underwent numerous modifications by Sikorsky for various purposes. As a result, it is challenging to find original versions of the helicopter. Most examples on display in museums or used in civilian operations are likely the modified variants. However, the Palm Springs Air Museum regularly operates an original Sikorsky H-34.

Hyundai Kona N Owner Not Satisfied with Ride Quality, but Loves Infotainment System After One Year

According to one owner, the Hyundai Kona N checks all these boxes. After owning a 2022 model for a year, he shared his thoughts in a 12-minute YouTube video where he discusses what he likes and dislikes about this Korean hot crossover.

The owner purchased the car because he wanted something fun and practical for his photography business. He needed a spacious trunk to transport all his gear to photo shoots. Although he hadn’t heard of the Kona N before, he conducted extensive research and discovered that Albert Biermann, known for his work with BMW M, had played a role in creating Hyundai’s performance sub-brand.

His previous favorite cars were the Volkswagen Golf R32 and the Audi S4, both equipped with dual-clutch automatic transmissions. The Kona N has a similar transmission, so he took it for a test drive and immediately fell in love with this Korean crossover.

After using it as a daily driver for a year, the owner appreciates the comfort of the seats and the excellent infotainment system. The system includes up-to-date maps, reliable navigation, and integration with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. However, it’s not without its flaws, such as the firm ride quality and the all-black interior without any colorful accents.

That said, the owner of this red Kona N appreciates Hyundai’s effort in improving the performance aspects of the vehicle, including the brakes, transmission, steering, and engine.

In the United States, the 2023 Hyundai Kona N starts at $34,950 (excluding destination charge). It is equipped with a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four gasoline engine that produces 276 horsepower and 289 pound-feet of torque. Power is sent to the front wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission with a wet friction dual clutch.
