Overall, automakers have been experiencing positive sales figures in 2023. An interesting revelation, with the assistance of analysts at JATO Dynamics, shows that high-performance luxury vehicles are performing exceptionally well, particularly in Europe. Among all the brands, one stands out.

That brand is BMW, specifically its M series. Based on data on new vehicle registrations in Europe, more than 19,600 BMW M models were sold in the first half of the year. This reflects a remarkable 58% increase compared to the same period last year. It is worth noting that the growth extends beyond Europe. In the US alone, BMW M vehicles accounted for 16,400 sales up until June, resulting in a total of 36,000 high-performance Bimmers hitting the road in these two regions.
