Lexus LF-ZC Concept: A Step Towards an Electric Future

Lexus has been known for its hybrid models, but it hasn’t been at the forefront of the electric vehicle (EV) scene. However, that is set to change as Lexus and its parent company, Toyota, are ramping up their efforts to introduce a range of electric vehicles in the coming years. One of these upcoming EVs is a large hatchback from Lexus, which has been previewed by the LF-ZC concept at the Japan Mobility Show.

The LF-ZC concept, which stands for Lexus Future Zero-emission Catalyst, is a bit challenging to categorize in terms of its design. It could be described as a sedan, but some might argue that it leans more towards a hatchback or even a crossover. Lexus has mentioned that the production version of the concept will take the shape of a hatchback. It will have a similar size to the current IS model, but it’s unclear whether it will replace the sedan or coexist with it.
