CFMoto has made waves in the global motorcycle market despite being a relatively new player. Unlike other Chinese motorcycle brands, CFMoto has partnered with major global companies and OEMs to manufacture its bikes, making them among the most trusted machines to come out of China.

Having partnered with big names like KTM, Kiska Design, Continental, and Bosch, CFMoto has gained a significant presence in the Asian, European, and more recently, the US markets. During EICMA 2023, the brand unveiled several new models that are set to hit the market soon. While we’ve covered these bikes in detail in previous articles, we haven’t delved into the brand’s neo-retro model range just yet.

Meet the CL-C Low Ride and CL-X Spirit. These two bikes showcase the customizability and retro-inspired styling that CFMoto offers, each based on existing model ranges. Fans of cruisers are likely to appreciate the CL-C Low Ride for its retro-inspired design elements, relaxed seating position, teardrop-shaped fuel tank, and round LED headlight.

The CL-C Low Ride is expected to share the same underpinnings as CFMoto’s 450 lineup, featuring a powerful 450cc twin with a 270-degree crank. Setting it apart is its rugged, bobber look with a cantilever-style front end. The bike also comes with a chrome-finished fuel tank and a premium SC-Project dual-exhaust system. Additionally, the engine casing has been enhanced and painted to match the bike’s accent colors.

For those seeking a rugged ride with off-road capability, the CL-X Spirit is a compelling option. Stemming from CFMoto’s popular 700 CL-X range, this bike offers a blend of performance, style, and versatility. The Spirit features a higher dual-exhaust system, a custom tuck-and-roll saddle, and a cropped tail. To enhance its rugged appearance, the CL-X Spirit comes with wire-spoke wheels fitted with knobby off-road-focused tires and appears to be suspended on Ohlins inverted front forks.
