China is known for its groundbreaking innovations in the field of electric vehicles, including cars and motorcycles. The market continues to see the introduction of new electric vehicles, and Pai Mobility is one of the latest players in this industry. Established in 2021, the company has set an ambitious goal of achieving one million global electric vehicle sales each year. The Pai TS3 is available in two trim levels: S and Pro variants. It is equipped with a powerful 15-kilowatt mid-drive motor that can accelerate from 0 to 50 kilometers per hour (31 miles per hour) in just 2.5 seconds. The scooter can reach a top speed of 110 kilometers per hour (69 miles per hour). Additionally, the Pai TS3 features two 72V – 32Ah lithium batteries, providing riders with a maximum range of 150 kilometers (94 miles).

One notable feature of the Pai TS3 is its weight, specified at 150 kilograms (330 pounds). However, it is unclear whether this measurement includes the batteries. The scooter also incorporates Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) technology, which alerts riders to obstacles such as pedestrians and other vehicles. This system is powered by eight cameras and radar sensors, enabling functions like adaptive cruise control and collision warning.

Pai Mobility has plans to introduce its electric scooter to the European market, and they intend to implement a convenient battery swapping system. Customers will have various battery options, including a simple exchange for a fully charged battery at a cost of 1.60 euros (about $1.7), a monthly subscription for 17 euros ($18), or a leasing option priced at around 1,830 euros (about $1,927). For the first 1,000 purchasers, discounted pricing, complimentary helmets, and a lifetime battery replacement service will be available with a deposit. The TS3 Pro will be priced at 5,699 euros (around $6,000), while the TS3 S will cost 4,999 euros ($5,264). Pai Mobility has promised further updates as it targets the European market.
