Big Barn Find With Rare Mustangs, Cadillacs, And More Could Be Worth Millions

Friends, get ready for some exciting news. While we’ve come across our fair share of barn finds, this one is truly exceptional. Recently posted on the Classic Car Rescue YouTube channel, we have stumbled upon a collection of cars, possibly worth millions, gathering dust in an old warehouse. Two cars alone in this vast collection could easily fetch over $1 million. Let’s dive into the details.

Before we proceed, let’s clear something up – this isn’t technically a barn. The term “barn find” has evolved to encompass any discovery of abandoned or forgotten cars, and in this case, it includes a collection of over 200 cars stored in an old warehouse. The video refers to it as an old museum, but regardless of the classification, this is home to an impressive array of classic automobiles.

Warehouse Barn Find

Let’s begin with the highlights. The video starts by showcasing classic American muscle in the form of two first-generation Camaros with a red Shelby Mustang, potentially a 1969 GT500, parked in between. Throughout the nine-minute video, we catch glimpses of numerous Mustangs, including a rare 1968 Shelby GT500KR convertible. If it’s an authentic model, rather than a clone or replica, it holds significant value as one of just 518 ever produced. A recently sold red 1968 KR fetched $205,000 at Barrett-Jackson.

But that’s just scratching the surface. The video takes us on a tour of numerous American classics from the 1950s and 1960s, including a fleet of big-fin-era Cadillacs. Additionally, there are several sedans and coupes from the 1920s and 1930s, and the collection isn’t limited to American cars alone. The video also features glimpses of a classic Rolls-Royce and a Volvo P1800. For those seeking a more modern touch, there’s a partially covered Mercedes G-Class and even a Dodge Dakota convertible pickup truck from the late 1980s.

Now, let’s talk about the Auburns. Yes, you read that right!

Warehouse Barn Find Auburns

Believe it or not, there might be a pair of Auburn Boattail Speedsters tucked away in a corner of the warehouse, right next to the Camaros we mentioned earlier. Although we can’t say for sure without a closer look, these cars are extremely rare and valuable. It’s worth noting that replicas of these cars do exist. Unfortunately, the video footage doesn’t provide enough detail, and we don’t get to examine them closely. However, the light blue model bears similarities to a supercharged Boattail. To put things into perspective, a 1935 851 SC Speedster was sold at auction earlier this year for $747,500, highlighting the significance of finding one hidden away in an old warehouse.

The video doesn’t provide any information about the history of these cars, their owner, or the location of the warehouse. Given the valuables inside, it’s best to keep the location a secret. Hopefully, someone will step in soon to revive these timeless classics.
