KTM has unveiled the latest addition to its lineup, the 2024 KTM 450 Rally Replica. This limited-edition bike, with only 80 units produced, is packed with high-end components that offer significant performance advantages. Previous models in this series have proven successful in Dakar events, with riders like Mason Klein putting up a strong fight.

The 2024 KTM 450 Rally Replica is equipped with a powerful 449.3cc single-cylinder engine, featuring a 44mm Keihin throttle body. The transmission shares the same ratios as KTM’s factory Dakar Rally machines.

The frame of the 2024 KTM 450 Rally Replica is made of chromium-molybdenum steel, ensuring straight-line stability and excellent handling characteristics. Additionally, the rear subframe doubles as a 16-liter fuel tank, increasing the total fuel capacity to 33 liters.

The suspension on the 2024 KTM 450 Rally Replica is handled by a 48mm closed cartridge WP XACT Pro fork with Cone Valve technology, while the rear features a new WP XACT Pro shock. Both the front and rear suspension are fully adjustable. The bike offers 305mm of front suspension travel and 300mm of rear suspension travel, with a ground clearance of 312mm.

Other notable features of the 2024 KTM 450 Rally Replica include a full Akrapovič exhaust system, an ergonomically designed seat for comfort and grip, a carbon fiber navigation tower, and cast aluminum swingarm for stability and lightweight construction.

The technical manager of KTM Rally, Stefan Huber, stated that the KTM 450 Rally Replica is an extension of their factory development program and has been chosen by numerous riders to achieve their rally goals. He also mentioned that the bike is developed in line with the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing Dakar Rally-winning machine.

While pricing and availability have not been announced yet, interested buyers are advised to contact their local KTM dealer for more information. Previous models were priced at €25,900 ($27,782), and prices typically increase with each new model year.
