Air pollution is a major issue in India with numerous contributing factors. Inhaling this harmful air can lead to serious health issues. During the festive season, the levels of air pollution are expected to rise, leading to even worse conditions. Kia Sonet
Kia Sonet comes with an air purifier starting from its HTK Plus variant. Kia refers to it as the Smart Pure air purifier, which offers protection against viruses and bacteria. The air purifier unit with the readout is housed in the central console armrest between the front seats. The HTK Plus variant starts from Rs 9.64 lakh (ex-showroom).
Hyundai Venue
Hyundai Venue comes with a built-in air purifier, referred to as Auto Healthy air purifier. This feature is available from the SX (O) trim of the subcompact SUV but is not offered with the diesel manual powertrain. The variant is available for Rs 9.76 lakh (ex-showroom).
Kia Seltos
The Kia Seltos compact SUV offers an integrated air purifier, introduced back in 2019. It also integrates haptic controls and a perfume diffuser mechanism with the air purifier system. This feature is available from the mid-spec HTK variants, priced from Rs 12.10 lakh (ex-showroom) onwards.
Tata Nexon
The new Tata Nexon now also gets an air purifier with dust sensors, in the top-spec Fearless variants, starting from Rs 12.50 lakh (ex-showroom).
Hyundai Verna
The Hyundai Verna gets an integrated air purifier from the higher-spec SX (O) variant, available from Rs 14.66 lakh (ex-showroom).
Hyundai Creta
The Hyundai Creta also offers an air purifier, called the Auto Healthy air purifier, with haptic controls and a perfume diffuser mechanism. The compact SUV gets this feature from the SX variants onwards, starting from Rs 14.81 lakh (ex-showroom).
Kia Carens
The Kia Carens also offers an air purifier with virus and bacteria protection. This feature is available from the mid-spec Luxury variants, starting from Rs 16.35 lakh (ex-showroom).
Tata Nexon EV
The facelifted Tata Nexon EV comes with an air purifier with an AQI display, in the top-spec Empowered variants, starting from Rs 17.84 lakh (ex-showroom).
Tata Harrier
The recently updated Tata Harrier gets an air purifier with an AQI display, in the mid-spec Adventure+ variant, starting from Rs 21.69 lakh (ex-showroom).
Tata Safari
The new Tata Safari also comes with an air purifier with an AQI display, available from the mid-spec Adventure+ variants, starting from Rs 22.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
