The highly anticipated B95, created by Automobili Pininfarina, is set to make its grand debut at Monterey Car Week. However, only 10 units of the B95 will ever be produced, with each one uniquely customized to fulfill the individual design preferences of customers. However, all B95 models come equipped with a powerful 120 kilowatt-hour battery, cleverly positioned at the center of the car in the space typically occupied by a conventional transmission. The battery is strategically placed behind the driver and passenger seats.
In order to emphasize its Italian heritage, the B95 offers five distinct driving modes: “Calma,” “Pura,” “Energica,” “Furiosa,” and “Carattere,” which translate to Calm, Pure, Energetic, Furious, and Character, respectively.
Furthermore, the B95 boasts 20-inch front wheels and 21-inch rear wheels, both fitted with high-performance Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2R tires. The car is equipped with six-piston Brembo brakes on both the front and rear, ensuring superior stopping power. In terms of construction, the chassis is composed of a lightweight carbon fiber monocoque, with aluminum crumple zones designed to provide added safety in the event of a collision.
Despite its extravagant price of approximately $4.8 million, the production of the B95 is overseen by a closely-knit team of just 116 individuals at Automobili Pininfarina. This limited production approach allows for meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the car’s production process.
