Lamborghini will showcase its LMDh race car at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed. The vehicle will compete in the Hypercar and GTP classes in the 2024 FIA World Endurance Championship and the IMSA WeatherTech Sports Car Championship Endurance Cup. It will be seen in action at prestigious races such as the 24 Hours of Le Mans, 12 Hours of Sebring, and 24 Hours of Daytona.

The official unveiling of the car is set for Thursday, July 13, exactly a week from today. Last year, it was revealed that Lamborghini’s race car will be equipped with a hybrid-assisted, twin-turbocharged V8 engine. The LMDh class has a maximum power output of 671 horsepower, making it the first racing engine developed entirely by Lamborghini’s Squadra Corse competition division.
