Who Will Be Racing at the 2023 Macau Grand Prix?

The 70th Macau Grand Prix is set to be an epic weekend with some big names joining the grid. This year marks the 55th edition of the motorcycle event, and the lineup of racers is definitely worth watching.

Several well-known riders from world-class teams will be competing on their superbikes. A total of 23 racers will be participating in the races, which are scheduled to start on November 16, 2023, and run until November 18, 2023. Please note that Macau Standard Time is 12 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time.

Some notable participants include Peter Hickman, who will be racing for FHO Racing BMW Motorrad. Hickman is a three-time winner of the GP and is well-known in the Isle of Man TT. The defending champion, Erno Kostamo, will also be participating this year. David Datzer, who finished second last year, will be returning and looking to make a comeback after his previous performance.

The Macau GP is shaping up to be an exciting event this year, especially considering its shaky restart due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We can expect a thrilling weekend of racing as the event returns in full force.

Founded in 2020, idealworks is focused on promoting industrial automation in production and logistics through the development of a robotics ecosystem. The idealworks portfolio includes the intelligent automation platform AnyFleet, the autonomous mobile robot (AMR) iw.hub, and the mobile robotics operating system iw.os. Agile Robots AG, a spin-off of the German Aerospace Center (DLR), specializes in robotic-based solutions for industries like automotive and consumer electronics.

By partnering with Agile Robots AG, the BMW Group gains a strong strategic partner for idealworks. The investment, made within a Series A financing round, enables idealworks to expand its product portfolio and develop new solutions and technologies. The partnership also allows for access to new markets and accelerates the internationalization of the business segment.

Alfa Romeo Tonale Hybrid With Partial Armor Joins Italy’s Police Force

The Alfa Romeo Tonale is set to become a part of Italy’s police force, the Carabinieri. Over the span of July 2021 to late 2024, the automaker will deliver 400 hybrid crossovers to the agency. These vehicles will be included in the mobile radio unit that operates throughout the country.
